I haven’t made bbq on a skewer in years bc it’s work. My SIL taught me her recipe, and I mastered it. IMO it’s the gold standard recipe, and there is no banana ketchup involved. We tend to just grill thin sliced pork belly with skin, then scissor it lol. BBQ marinade or bawang/suka.

The VA is overwhelmed and understaffed, especially now that there have been so many staffing cuts. 20 years of Iraq/Afghanistan war on top of Desert Storm, Vietnam, WWII, and Korean War means multiple generations of veterans needing care. They need more funding but won't get it.
