This isn’t user-created content. Meta created and own the user, and they trained their computer program on copyrighted material, but not their own terms of service or not to engage in sexual activity with minors. Section 230 has nothing to do with this.

Yes, we tend to think that AI is 'neutral' in terms of analyzing & responding, but in fact how it is 'trained' creates implicit biases that shape how it 'thinks'- similar to how culture, family, religion, etc. shape how we think. … pretty sure being a Meta lawyer has been the worst job for at least a decade. At this point, half their work output is a variation of “We told you not to do that, and you still went against legal advice. Please stop.” (I’ve heard stories from people who work there, sans specifics, per NDAs).
