You seriously think there’s gonna be fair midterms? In less than 9 months he’s taken over two major cities, taken millions off of SNAP, disappeared thousands, approved the building of concentration camps and you think it’s all gonna magically end with the possibility of midterms??
Is that even legal? What about the principle of commensurate force?
Trump doesn't think of himself as a king so message will be lost in the translation. Would have been better to say "no tyrants" -- or " no absolute power to presidents" -- something like that
Trump is not irreversibly stupid. He is manipulating the markets for his enrichment and that of his friends and family
