I agree that the first season was pitiful and its embarrassing now. But it grew and developed and improved and that doesn't happen so much.

The Tall Ships organization around the world is wonderful. They act as training vessels and goodwill tours. Chicago would have a Tall Ships event every five years and you could visit 20 ships at Navy Pier and maybe be lucky enough to tour one.
