I feel that. I burned out around 6.2 or so and even that was a crawl. Endwalker just felt like the very satisfying end of the narrative at hand and once I finished that I just couldn't muster the interest.
I've been doing my best to get my anxiety under control and part of that has been cutting my absurd caffeine intake down. I'm down to one cup of coffee a day, half caf at that, and it's helped a lot. Looks like my era as the friend coffee witch is over, but I'll take the good health any day.
