my educated guess is I think Joey privately produced a bunch of production music that he would license out to anyone who was interested and demo records/tapes are out there (even Mort Garson had one!!) but no one has found one yet, or at least made it public
this has long been a mystery in the old TV community as well because Joey Carbone contributed a *lot* of iconic TV music for shows that never published their soundtracks (Star Search being the most notable one) and Slime Time is a beyond obscure show that barely lasted two and a half months!!
