Gerrymandering is a state issue. Elections are state issues. Currently gerrymandering is unconstitutional in the state of California. CA 50 is seeking to amend the constitution so we can gerrymander. Simple.

I'm approximately 27 doses too. About 65 lbs. I've been healthy and have been able to exercise pretty consistently. After initial drops I'm settling in to about one pound a week.
