There are more options. Plus "progressives" did not come up with exclusionary zoning [read Excluded by Kahlenberg]. LIHTC is useful but insufficient. Look at concept of limited-profit "social housing". Finally, feds must increase Section 8 vouchers - only 1/4 who QUALIFY get them due to underfunding
I recommend following this man. He was the person who worked for DHS during the first Trump administration and began to expose what was going on. He's a hero.

NEW RESULT: Democrats have flipped a state Senate in Iowa. This was a seat Trump carried by 11%, but Democratic nominee Catherine Drey has just won it by 10.4%. This is the second legislative flip by Dems in Iowa this year. It also means the GOP loses its supermajority in Iowa’s senate.
