Wall jumping in Super Metroid always feels good. I've seen some people complain that it's impossible to do and I think they're being weenies. That being said, I am spoiled from future Metroid games and ROM hacks that let you respin in the air after shooting or taking a hit. I wish vanilla had that

I like Twilight Princess, but I always struggle starting a new file because the start is an incredibly slow burn. Climbing vines is also painfully slow. Combat is a little lackluster too seeing as the sword moves are treated as optional, so nothing really pushes you to use em. Midna good though.

I'm sorry people. I am completely haggard still from my sleep schedule getting jacked. I had tried and failed to take a nap earlier today so I'm probably going to be passing out in an hour or so. The spirit is strong, but the flesh is weak.
I hate to say this, but I am going to skip tonight's stream. I had some wicked gut pain that sent me to the ER on Sunday (I am fine, no idea what caused it, some weird fluke), but it completely trashed my sleep schedule. I'm probably going to hit the hay in a few hours from posting this. Sorry.

Good deal on a great action game. If you want something the spirit of Megaman Zero with a greater focus on melee and grappling around, this game is absolutely for you.
I can confirm the Sqwincher stuff is pretty good. They kept a jug of that stuff at my old job and I found it to be very refreshing. The packaging really does make it look like a drain cleaner though.

I can't get enough of this little fella's crouch. Absolute perfection. Also those bombs are sick as hell, love simple tools that have a lot of options for advanced shenanigans.
Lots of experimentation here: The whip goes into a low power state if swung too much, does less damage and it can't proc marker combos, resets after a brief pause! Also toying with a passive charge up on the whip that'll boost the effects of the current whip! #Doom #DoomModding #GMOTA #Gamedev

Ah not this one, Tesefy/TypicalSF made it, this is all just placeholder stuff while I figure out Samson's gameplay stuff. Once I got that sorted I'll be making some proper sprites from scratch.
I've been messin around with how powering up works. I ditched the two button holding system so now you just power up when you fill up the weapon meter, you can also freely switch between elements now. Also attacking drains mana instead of a timer. #Doom #DoomModding #GMOTA #Gamedev
