That's something, then. I've been wary of trying out their Godzilla toys because of that previous experience. Silicone shock oil is certainly a life saver if you collect Chinese toys. It's been an absolute necessity for 3rd party Transformers.
Has Hiya's plastic quality gotten any better? I had a 3 3/4" Injustice Harley Quinn figure from them that crumbled in my hands.

I follow a number of UK collectors, and it seems that many North American exclusives are available through UK toy retailers like Star Action Figures or In Demand Toys. McFarlane's distribution is always a roll of the dice, though. I've had to buy quite a few figures from Canada myself.
Agreed. I have all the single trades that IDW released (as well as the uncollected singles), but I sure would like it if Dark Horse collected the entire run in a series of standard sized omnibus trades.

Rocketeer Adventure Magazine #1 is the comic that made me a fan of the Golden Age. I bought it off the rack at my local comic book store in the late 80s. There was nothing else like it. Such a beautiful book.
As a teenage American Doctor Who fan in the early 1980s, this book (and volume 2) was my bible. Most of us didn't know there were other doctors before Tom Baker when we started watching the show. We had to learn everything from Target books before we had the internet.
