I somehow missed this movie and it was trying to place the lead actress when it suddenly hit me that it's Eva Victor. I used to follow her on Twitter and she made these amazingly hilarious short video clips. Just watched the preview and now I just have to figure out when/how to watch it.
A lot of the blame rests with Congress itself. Actually doing things runs the risk of pissing people off and losing your job. But handing everything off to the Executive and shaking your fist at him before recording your next podcast is quite a cushy gig.
