For instance this is rubbish. My HR after getting up putting the dog out, feeding the dog setting up the scale stepping on the scale, etc. I can see that my heart rate might be 119. But to call that a resting heart rate is crap.

Then there’s the actual analysis. I don’t understand how losing 0.7 pounds can equal an increase in all of the body fat metrics and a decrease in skeletal muscle mass. Make it make sense.
So here are my Body POD analysis stuff. It just doesn’t make sense to me. Let’s start with it telling me that my optimal time to weigh in is before I even wake up in the morning.

I’m really fortunate to have found this clinic job. It is much less physically demanding than hospital work. But after three years of not working and a little over two years of basically being completely sedentary, it’s a big change.
I almost booked a deep tissue massage, but then I realized that might be more bodywork than I really want. I just wanna be able to relax.
I’m the only PRN employee. So when they need somebody to pick up, it’s not like they have a lot of options. 🤣 But the full-time RN does thank me for being there every single day that I work. So at least it’s appreciated. I just forgot how hard working every day is.
