When I first started therapy this year I scored a 19(severely depressed) on a depression test my therapist gave me. We decided to retake it today to see where I’m at now and I scored a 7(mildly depressed) I still have a lot of work to do and still struggle with su*c*dal thoughts but I’m proud. 🥹

Idk if you’re just venting or open to suggestions but if you’ve never tried mass gaining protein shakes you could give that a shot? I struggle with gaining as well and that’s what saved me during my first bulk and got me 25lbs in 6 months.
