I have enumerated several of the very serious dangers of HRT, especially if not monitored by a healthcare provider. Those are my concerns and my only concerns about offering it OTC.

One has nothing to do with the other. Many drugs have been available OTC for longer than your grandmother has been alive. Rationing insurance company subsidies? Has nothing to do with this. You can't change the subject to win the argument.
The dangers of alcohol has nothing to do with the subject we're talking about. Alcohol has long been known to be life-threatening in many ways, but since prohibition was lifted, it's been legal. You'd have to start your own separate thread on this one, because it has nothing to do with OTC HRT.

Hormones impact other systems in our bodies. Liver disease, high blood pressure, & certain cancers (endometrial, ovarian, breast) are a few. Blood clots, heart disease, stroke, pulmonary embolism, many psychological effects. Balancing hormones such as estrogen & progestogen, or risk endometrial CA.
