I have enumerated several of the very serious dangers of HRT, especially if not monitored by a healthcare provider. Those are my concerns and my only concerns about offering it OTC.

Heart disease, heart attack, pituitary tumors can be exacerbated by estrogen, stroke, blood clots, breast cancer are at top of list. Organ damage. Anyone with a history of certain types of cancer should not take HRT, increased risk of meningioma. These are concerning risks. I am not your enemy.

and those risks are very very low and the result of studying estrogen on post menopausal cis women

Not low enough to use without medical monitoring. Period. Cardiac issues, blood clots, MI, CVA, liver issues causing hormone processing issues, liver damage, cancer & more Hormones are very powerful chemicals that require balance. Very hi risk without medical monitoring. Why take those risks?
