There is always the chance that the AI is wrong (shudders!) because it is getting its information from elitist snobs on Reddit, its primary training ground.
These quests are also available to LEVELING characters, under 80. The world quests and campaign quests are the appropriate level for these characters. The world bosses are ALWAYS appropriate for dispensing titan discs. You were going in the right direction in Dragonflight, now you are not.

After 3 days, I'm at level 7 renown with K'aresh, but now I have to hold back because the next reward is a bunch of crests--and I have already a massive amount of Weathered crests I cannot use and a cap on Carved. Fail.
The cap on carved quests is so low again that I feel zero motivation to go and do more tier 8 delves. No, I don't feel joy at the challenges of this great game without reward motivation. Sorry that you've overestimated my commitment.
I do not think the current week one model works for WoW season 3--even though it is marginally better than last season. No reason to cap carved quests and not let us trade weathered ones as they are unusable. No reason to eliminate bountiful delves. I'm very casual but too advanced apparently.

I saw some confusion about alt skipping--you can skip the intro questing after getting your Reishi wraps on one character, even though we have not completed the campaign. Just use the skip from Omen and then go to Overlook Zo.
I guess the logic for making people run tier 4 delves with 680 gear is that you need to recoup the curios for Brann, but certainly there are better ways to get them. It is a waste of time. Start with tier 6 at least.
