issue with DF PC coverage. If we do not get PC versions early, then we are late to the party with our coverage which is necessarily in-depth. Being late, less people watch it, and the incentive for coverage dwindles. Not a great place to be in as a technical reviewer trying to be thorough! (3/3)

Borderlands 4 reviews and impressions are now out - I do not have access to the PC version for testing pre-launch, so do not expect any coverage of the game in the immediate future as it takes a good few days to cover PC versions. If it has stutters like UE5 games do... I cannot verify atm. (1/3)

A recap for the Bluesky crowd: my implementation was largely based on DDGI, which uses software raytracing to sample light into a grid of probes. I implemented multiple cascades, moving grids & dynamic probe states. It allowed for infinite bounces & (potentially) infinite environments.
