ja, judo har en helt annan kultur än generell MMA. ligger närmare Aikido i det avseendet (men med sport och tävling i blodet)
man visste vartåt det barkade när Fröken Ur slutade läsa upp klockan live
vanlig, men vi hade mkt duktig och progressiv huvudinstruktör som åkte och tränade med Gracies långt innan BJJ och "MMA" var begrepp i sverige så när jag började var det nästan bara det vi tränade (har ju blomkålsöronen som bevis :) senare tog vi in boxningsinstruktörer vilket jag älskade likväl.

Började träna Judo för IK Södra i Skarpnäcks kyrka för typ 35(!) år sedan. Rekommenderar fortfarande ungar att börja med Judo om de vill träna kampsport; ger fantastiska förutsättningar för det mesta.
