Just found out my entire medical team is out of network now with United Healthcare after having the same insurance and doctors for 13 years. Universal healthcare canāt come soon enough.
I had to get an ablation because mine seem to be set off by viral infections. I never had them before COVID. Then I caught that strain in winter 2022 and it threw me into a mess. The ice pack thing, Iāll try. The alcohol thing is something I never knew. So thanks for that.
