Racism is the core principle of MAGA. Cut federal workers, which are disproportionately black. Cut foreign aid, which mainly goes to non-whites. Attack and deport non-white immigrants. Cut Medicaid and SNAP, which both have black representation above their share of the population. Voter ID, etc.

CPI inflation is an average, so we all experience inflation a little differently. An urban professional with a condo and no car has avoided much of the inflation impact while benefitting from condo appreciation. A rural renter who needed a new pickup truck and drives far took a bigger hit.
