It’s because not that many people are attending and he can blame the low attendance on the building size and weather
Just a grandma trying to raise my kids and grandkids in this chaotic world. I am always seeking the truth. I guess it’s because I was born in a town named Truth or Consequences.

And I noticed that After those countries sent help, Texas is now just sending help too. I guess it got embarrassed that Mexico and Canada were helping and wanted so of the limelight.

I was a kid when my dad to me over that road. I suspect that it is probably washed out now. I unfortunately don’t remember if it had a name.

I wonder … has she been vaccinated? If she hasn’t maybe 🤔 that might be affecting her.
Dawn (@dawnemami.bsky.social) reply parent
Did you use the old powerwagon road that takes you to the other side of the mountain? Is that still there?
Dawn (@dawnemami.bsky.social) reply parent
What next?
Dawn (@dawnemami.bsky.social) reply parent
True … the media priorities are outrageous. They only want to publish stories that make money for themselves. Disgusting
Dawn (@dawnemami.bsky.social) reply parent
Yes! It’s distracting from the recent school shooting in California. It’s barely on the news.

Lake Valley was the site of one of the most profitable silver mines in the country...the Bridal Chamber mine. The silver deposits were so pure that it would melt if you lit a flame in the mine. #travel #roadtrip #ghosttown #history #NewMexico

I agree with you, and that also applies to many other things. People don’t know how things are made and how much work goes into the final product

This petroglyph outside of Hillsboro NM has intrigued me since we found it a few years ago. A footprint with a circuitous trail around it, maybe? The dots could be what? Water holes? Maybe mortars? What do you think? #archeology #explore #hike

A friend owns a historic mine in a remote corner of the Black Range in New Mexico; I stumbled upon some historic 1880's photos of the mine, including the delivery of a boiler, with a group of miners, cavalry, and Apache scouts in the pic. I had to go look for the boiler. Found it still there!
Dawn (@dawnemami.bsky.social) reply parent
