I think it would have been but I also love that you took chances over the 10 years to develop more with other stories. Yeah I would’ve loved to see more development with Mya and Janet but man you have some amazing pieces over the years and that’s a feat of its on
Unfortunately I can’t see that idea being a long lasting one because there would be no monetary gains from the first release and could impact the overall gains. That would scare the current model/investors more because of the potential gains to make even or bring in more revenue.

Because story wasnt hitting the right notes and sometimes it can happen by accident but theres more time where its forced because suits arent feeling it anymore and wants something else.
Again we can do this but its management that needs to fight for the artist and writers. Ive been on projects where writers have the final say so and or those who never wrote or worked in animation making things more complicated down the road for development. Stop having too many cooks in the kitchen
Not really a pipe dream at this point.
- Actually give chances to new IP and letting them find their own fandoms without forcing it. - Supporting shows / movies so that they can have proper conclusions rather than rushing its ending. - Let artist contribute more to development for animation rather than letting one party have all control
Only thing i hope studios take from this : - Give time and chances for development - Give healthy time management for production and deadlines. - Have the story completed within a reasonable time frame or not forcing artist to change everything at the last second from script change.
I mean I know a few industry peers who also have an OF or nsfw and it only encourages them and love seeing that for people

Unfortunately it will rebuild itself just the same before because people who would rebuild that structure would bring back those they deemed up to par. Again its something that has to be worked and repaired, not destroyed.
Not really, because at a time it was getting better but when the decline of streaming and multiple other factors (outsourcing, labor cost, management). People were given chances and many have been able to find and keep their footing compared to most of the old guard because demand is changing.
I love animation and would love to work in the studios again but right now...idk, i don't even think I belong and need to find my own answers by working on personal stuff, learning new tip and tricks and just rediscovering myself and how i can feel fulfilled without the studios
Shit sucks and at the point i tend to look at applications for potential and have to constantly ask, "is this for formality? is the position even real? or wonder who they got?" I apply either way but I always feel i know the answer but the only thing i can do is create and find answers elsewhere.
With the way that the industry is right now too many show runners or word of mouth from a limited group, or will keep recommending the same people and don't leave much opportunities for others and it fucking sucks. Either i have to be in location for a possibility of work.
Can i be honest for a minute? *imma delete it later* With the current state of the industry, i don't think i will ever get hired again to work for studios and i can be honest with myself or at least until we get a boom and people are willing to to give more opportunity and chances to others.

Moho is pretty solid pick, especially Moho 14. Again at that price and investment i think both Moho and TVPaint are good for stand alone software.
Well i bought the license when i was working in studios but to upgrade its going to cost 899 with support being at 216 and an additional 216 a year to keep up support. Im sorry but TVPaint, CSP EX and Blender would be better at this point
