While I'm here, I'd like to submit my own 'cat of yore'. Mia died of heart failure caused, I think, by a steroid the vet gave for her weakness/wobbliness at 16, following a vestibular disorder. They refused to accept any fault. Losing her broke my heart. Thank you for all your positive messaging.

Thank you for encouraging people to engage with doctors - my experiences are in the UK where cost isn't even a barrier. But the impact (on loved ones) of people becoming alienated from proper medical treatment terrorises me and I'm sure many others. I have nightmares about it daily.

The widely circulated medical horror stories experienced by women - whilst surely all valid in their own right - led to my own mother avoiding medical attention for both a (thankfully benign) growth on her own breast, but then also refusal to see a doctor for anything, including deepening dementia.

150 years ago, nobody expected everyone to be able to read and write. Maybe our aspirational ideas about universal literacy were ableist. Everyone is owed equal access to education, but perhaps a large number of people fall through education, get technical jobs, then dig damaging social defences?

I'm lucky: I was able to hire my own team, so I selected for the soft-skills I prioritise alongside the technical skills. But interacting with the wider org is hugely frictive because so few of them write anything down. Nevermind tech docs - I can't even get copies of annual/probation reviews!

My company has an engineering cohort of over 800 which is huge for its type and industry. They're flocking to AI to 'do the boring bits' like 'write documentation' for them. They don't know how to communicate in written form and they're too embarrassed yet arrogant to admit it. It's beneath them.

Yes, it's obvious she's bored out of her mind listening to an egoist ramble on about something - but the upper caption in the video is accusing ALL MEN of this behaviour. This isn't feminism, or equality. This is how monsters like Andrew Tate and Trump gain influence. No war but class war.

It's not "odd", the upper caption clearly says she is "literally every woman listening to a man talk". The inverse of this is a man falling asleep to a woman taking with a caption saying, for example, "literally every man listening to a woman". Of course it's gendered/sexist/misandrist/whatever.

Is there a non-Zuckerberg-owned link? Thanks for highlighting this though 🙂

Is there maybe a third way, using the Long Road Home approach to test out the concept and push the boundaries as an MVP, and incorporating what works into the fully developed approach? Also, admittedly it's rich for me to say it as a player/consumer, but which is more creatively satisfying for you?

Wishlisted also - maybe put the link in your bio so it's a bit easier to find? Looking forward to seeing more and wishing you the best of luck!

Why not? Because you'd have to train and pay skilled workers who can communicate in other languages? Maybe do that at the expense of the richest 10%? Alternatively, why not stop your own citizens having children - after all, if they all have lots of kids, you won't be able to house and feed them.
