According the Constitution, the 4 Amendments regarding Voting are the 15th, 19th, 224th, & 26th, extends the right to vote to more citizens, and they say these rights may not be denied! Gerrymandering skews the vote so that some votes can't make a difference! This violates these Amendment rights!
