Any Federal employee should be unable to receive any outside income whatsoever, and given a pension after their retirement that lasts as long as their employment, during which the "no outside income" rule still applies.

This is the thing about comics characters. Unless it's SAGA, any character has such a complicated mess of media that it's impossible to say anything definitive.
There are two options for affordability: Increase supply or reduce quality of life. It's an easy decision! "Making life so unpleasant people flee the neighborhood" is not a good policy!

Seriously, what is this bullshit. I've looked at a few reviews and they describe it as funny? At best, it's occasionally pleasant, I can't think of a single moment that's funny.
I also hate dive tanks in general because it turns team fights into just a big mess. The tanks just run past each other and brawl against whoever.

I'm on Bad Batch ep 6. I realize now the first 4 eps are basically a little movie to get the show started, which is why they felt so weird structurally. Still doing too much action per episode. They spend two times longer on every action scene than needed.

I think she's a great design, I just don't like aiming all the time so it's not for me. It's funny how many snipers the game has, someone in Overwatch must be excited for aiming down scopes.
This might be my best idea to date. Making a record of the adventure as you do it generates a lot of positive value and saves the GM work!

My TTRPG concept: The PCs are reporters for a National Enquirer style "News of the Weird" publication. Each adventure is an X-files type investigation. It culminates in MAKING THE FRONT PAGE OF THE NEWSPAPER. The photographer takes photos during the adventure and they draw a rendition of it, etc.
One of the climaxes where so many people said, "so is she just a superhuman now?" that eventually Weber said, "Well maybe she is!"
Really interesting that he cast a Black man as the regular guy common sense hero. In 1968 that's a huge decision, even if the dialogue never references it.

I think the only way Citizen's United survives in such a scenario is the Lib love of precedent. If it came to the Court in a real controversy they'd probably overturn it though.

Very true. They also have people that aren't artists do work that is clearly done by a professional pretending to be bad. Jesse in Breaking Bad did a cartoon that he NEVER could have drawn. They even do it for kids! Let kids draw kids' drawings.
