I will say Nate Silver is probably a good Rorschach - if you find yourself nodding along to his, ah, insights, Xitter will feed you much more of that sort of thing that Bluesky will.
Your "bluesky experience" is chosen by you. You choose your follows. Yes, there's a "culture", or sorts, but what you see here will vary super widely as you vary your follows.

My family contains several nurses, I grew up learning from people with no respect for doctors. I have lied before for specific reasons. That works best if you can script it with someone who knows diagnostics for your issue. If you try to wing it without some knowledge, they will likely catch it.

I'm always confused by claims of secret cliques. If you're being cliquey and exclusive, that implies you're turning people away from your cool club, usually because you want to seem cool and exclusive. So being secret about the whole thing seems a bit counterproductive.

I don't think this is that interesting a result, even if we accept robots as valid human stand-ins. Playing games with feed structure is not going to eliminate conflict; put another way, expecting technical solutions to social problems is a category error.
Just finished _The Bezzle_ by Cory Doctorow. Solid light thriller-ish novel. It touches on a lot of my nerdier interests, and given the real places used I'm surprised I didn't see him taking notes for the book. A lot more fun than you might expect with an accountant-protagonist.
