Watched the first three episodes of Alien: Earth. I like it, though I'm not sure I love it. It's interesting enough to keep watching, with lots of cool creatures (and the show wasn't stingy with xenomorph appearances).

Well I went to the ER and it turned out I had leukemia! After about month of treatment at the cancer ward (including chemo and arsenic!), I'm finally back home. Doc says we got it all, but I told him not to jinx it. I get results of the latest bone marrow biopsy in a day or so.
That was a brilliant episode! It and the new Darin Morgan episodes were enough to justify those new seasons.
Ugh been super sick for the last couple days. It's weird, I got very sick at the start of the year (Covid, I think), and it's weird for me to get badly sick so soon after having just been badly sick. Uuugghhh.

Caught a couple episodes of The Pitt today and it was...OK? It wasn't anything revalatory tho. It was just a competent medical drama. Why was everyone so gaga over it? Are they just starved for the traditional television genres?
This is why I don't necessarily feel great about his rejoining his people at the end of the series. I felt much better about Rom becoming Nagus than I did about Odo rejoining the Great Link.
That movie was so funny because they try to make the bunnies look scary but they're just so adorable.
