Speaking as a pretty similar autistic adult who had to learn to make facial expressions, yeah, he knows. We aren’t always great at expressing, but there’s plenty going on behind the blank face. If he’s independent and cognitively competent enough for college, he knows what he’s doing.
He’s an adult now. He’s in college. He’s not helpless or ignorant. So yes, he deserves his share of the blame just as much as Don Jr, Eric, and Ivanka.

Those are failures of systems. In a better world, we’d let the ones incapable of living independently have a safe place to do whatever it is that makes them happy. Same for all disabilities.

The one thing autism absolutely does correlate with is having other people in your family tree with autistic traits. I wholeheartedly believe we’re just born with it.
A person does get some immunity from being infected. So if you add up vaccinated plus unvaccinated but previously infected, we might be close to that number. But, with something that mutates, it’s not exactly a static goal.

Personally, I like a mid size college town. You get things to do, but “rush hour” is like 20 minutes to get across town instead of 12. And there’s usually art exhibits, theater, and public guest lectures on campus. But I grew up in a big city, so I guess I just got my fill of that.

Honestly, we were among the lucky ones. We lost most of the shingles on one side of the roof and a couple of windows. Two houses on my street were completely demolished, I felt for them. FEMA money replaced the food that was in the fridge and someone to remove debris from the yard.
I cannot even imagine the volume of calls they were getting after Katrina, (when they were also sort of having difficulties under W,) but they were still very helpful to me.
