👋, how have you been. Did anything shift yet? I’ve been listening through other channels, mostly trying to figure out how I can help the most and had to try a few different ways of thinking. I’m still vastly behind but kind people have been helping me along through the process.

I had to get a different multiple approach cycle going locally parallel at the same time and then I’ve been over at mastodon because there’s less stuff as I have been focusing on learning research history. Hubby's department (math & stats) is struggling because three newly accepted grad students (from Asia and Africa) with TAships cannot get their student visas and won't be able to come. So mass service courses left with no TAs. When it's not the grants, it's the students. They're killing HE.

Oh I feel similar in that. I have had to super slow down my adhd. I had tons of little ways I was tripping myself up over little routines and my awareness was squat. It took about a year using the app. Most of the time for me it’s making time for myself even a minute. It helps me to pause, slow.
Also sorry for replying so late! I saw they just did an update. Some days I think I could just spend hours journaling emotions. Everything is so intuitive and simple way better then apples and it’s free. I’m neurodivergent so kind of seeing what works helps a bunch for routines etc.
