Also sorry for replying so late! I saw they just did an update. Some days I think I could just spend hours journaling emotions. Everything is so intuitive and simple way better then apples and it’s free. I’m neurodivergent so kind of seeing what works helps a bunch for routines etc.
that makes sense. I did end up using it for a bit. and am considering going back to it now that you reminded me lol. out of sight out of mind + changing phones. so thanks
Oh I feel similar in that. I have had to super slow down my adhd. I had tons of little ways I was tripping myself up over little routines and my awareness was squat. It took about a year using the app. Most of the time for me it’s making time for myself even a minute. It helps me to pause, slow.
