Facing, done Circle skirt, cut, with no help from Casval Skirt needs hanging and sleeves need elastic and hemming and bodice needs zipper and everything needs pressing and thread clipping but we are getting somewhere on this quick and dirty project
Sleeves fixed I need to grab some elastic from upstairs for the cuffs so I'm working on the collar instead It's a 90s anime so the sleeve puff amount is "yes"

I layered two products to get this! The key is to make sure it's not too close to the value of your skin tone and super opaque. If you need something close to your skin value, use it as a highlight color in the center (what I did here)
