Network news is nothing but ads or stories about the latest thing or trend. I quit watching them a long time ago. One of the things that needs to change is ZERO ads during news hours, and a requirement that stories be vetted through at least 3 legitimate sources before being aired.
The Press is going to have to answer for this when it is over and the Reckoning comes. Top to bottom, no prisoners, ruthless and complete. They enabled all of this, no different than anyone else claiming "just following orders". Media needs to be broken up into component chunks.
