I'm going to harp on about home computer ports in retro game compilations avain. Remember the TMNT Cowabunga Collection? @digitaleclipse.bsky.social did an AMAZING job, but the biggest omission, IMO, is the almost-dozen-or-so home computer ports of the NES TMNT game.
I thought this flag shagging uber racism was absolutely appalling and condemn it in the strongest terms. But also if they could perhaps do it long enough until property in the UK becomes affordable again maybe out of all evil comes some good (drifts in to space)

So glad Alien Earth is here because it's a breath of fresh air, a franchise show that's saying something, exploring what it means to be human whilst expanding the lore and world. Gripping from start to end.
SNW has been a huge disappointment this season. So many episodes falling short just to be gimmicky but not really landing it. A murder mystery that is just a retread of a TNG episode, a documentary that fails as a documentary, etc etc.

I find it interesting that people expect criticism to be shorter than the work itself. Fiction gestures at ideas, but criticism has to unpack context and history. If the art is being up dense context, the critique should too.
