Now I do think all images should have alt text and if @bsky.app wanted to integrate a server to generate a text description on any images that dont have one, I wouldnt object. I believe there's a bot who can do this already.
@imlunahey.com You've gone from asking to demanding obediance. While everyone should use alt text, I object to the forcefulness you're using. And honestly, there are a certain number of people who would just not use @bsky.app if alt text was required since they'd see it as a hassle.
Sharing the database isn't a huge deal as long as the data doesnt cross boundaries. Place them in distinct schemas and you essentially have isolation.
