I was told that the people moved there to the affordable apartments came from schools that were not as good so they are behind and the schools don't have a lot of funds to help them catch up. This is a new thing.
The main issue is that the "affordable" housing is in places with no parks or playgrounds, no public transportation nearby, no sidewalks, and kids are stuck at home. Just not thought out. There are better places to build that make sense. I was with people who live there, and I am a Liberal.
