Don't get me wrong. I hope that I'm proved wrong, but it just seems at best like a massive gamble, or at worst - self-destruction.
Current mindset post-window for Rovers. Most of the experienced squad members gone and replaced with players with little or no Championship experience. It's going to end in tears isn't it?
Rovers - "Now we write the next chapter" I reckon that'll be on the back of fag packet with one of those diddy pens from Argos then.

My son does that and I don't know how he does it. I'd be well confused. I don't read books that often to be honest. I used to when on holiday but rarely read at home.
I'm still on it for 1x reason alone - the footy updates. My club (Blackburn) don't seem to post news on here as quick, or as regularly as they do on X. I rarely post there these days, and when I do it's footy related only.

I came here with an initial joining code but the place seemed sooo quiet, so I left the account 'live' but went back to X. I came back earlier this year when X was even more toxic than before, making a bow to myself to avoid political topics. It's a much better place, but I do block a few knobs!
The club are seemingly in self-destruct mode, flogging anyone with Championship experience and bringing in relatively unknown &/or inexperienced replacements. I fear it'll all end in tears.

I totally understand. I used to be able to blank it out whilst away, but the night before my return was never a good thing.
I used to expect around 40 Emails per day on return from leave in my previous role. I logged back on today after a 10-day break to find only 20 in total! It does help that in my current role 90% of my projects are in Europe and seemingly they all go on holiday in mid-August, result!πͺ
