Current mindset post-window for Rovers. Most of the experienced squad members gone and replaced with players with little or no Championship experience. It's going to end in tears isn't it?

I mean maybe. But also new manager plays a certain way and large turnover of players means more players coming in that fit his style? That does assume VI and recruitment are in lockstep though. But a potential positive. Apart from the lack of a Hyam replacement.

Don't get me wrong. I hope that I'm proved wrong, but it just seems at best like a massive gamble, or at worst - self-destruction.

I mean Gestede and the recruitment are new, all we can do at this point is wait and see they got it right (and if not, then hope they at least didn’t get it too wrong).
