Sentencing today seems to be unrelated to the crime. I accept that there are ranges for sentences, but 4 yrs seems more than the punishment for the crime.

We have a few American neighbours here in France. It is impossible to have a sensible discussion about international affairs without them reminding us all how wonderful the US is.
