Don't over-prep packing, general ideas is fine, get things from A to B and sort later. On moving day, make sure to eat and drink normal amounts! It's so easy to get lost in project after project, wrapping up a room, etc, but you'll have such a better time if you keep yourself ready for the job.
I did EVERYTHING, and was damn near 1-hit territory on the final boss. I would have finished the game, saved, and then resumed and done everything else, but I was avoiding spoilers and didn't know that. FWIW, I believe the portals are red when your party level is below the recommended power needed.

This was SO entertaining for me as someone has already played the game. I cried more than you rewatching it, like a lot a lot, and I laughed out loud quite a few times. The comedy just kept coming, and the cries filled the gaps, great content.
It's also important to remember that a "hero" from the 90's for many of us, was whoever they put in front of a camera, spiced up with some dopamine hits via special effects, and made a lot of noise.
