I recently applied to a job through a Facebook ad, where the page was impersonating a real medical business, fake interviews, etc, they didn't accept the report. Facebook is a joke.

They don't even let you write anything about the reason for the report. If they did it would be impossible to argue that the ad is not fake in your case, but you have to resort to a category which doesn't say much about the exact reason of the report.
