Great work here from @carbonbrief.org , debunking common myths about solar power. The reason that solar power makes so much sense is fundamental physics - it takes energy in its most useful form, as soon as it arrives on Earth, before it's "taxed" in entropy. Making use of it is a slam-dunk win.

If you are giving money to charity using the commercial site JustGiving it will try to add onto the donation a 'tip' for itself of 18% of the amount you give. That is on top of the 1.9%+30p fee + 5% of the Gift Aid. You can set the 'tip' to zero though that is a bit fiddly.

Hmm I have a major issue with religious universities in USA, eg Cedarville University, who teach creationism and other 'pretend science' as if it's on the same level as robust scientific enquiry.
Let's face it - religious schools in NI are incredibly divisive.
