I actually did look it up. There does not have to be a declared war for actions to overturn the government to be considered treason. đ He had taken action to overthrow our government and has actually led an attack on our government. Jack Smith had all the evidence to prove it.

Trump is now using his own military force in ICE to occupy, control and intimidate our cities. He has insisted on loyalty pledged to him in all his appointments. Possibly you are a lawyer and I certainly am not. I believe treasonous acts are treason and need to be proved in a court of law.
I didnât say anything about Russia. I believe Trump with the backing of Project 2025 is in the process of overthrowing our government. He has committed an overt act against the United States by sending his followers to forcibly try and stop the certification of the 2020 election.
There does not have to be a war to be charged with treason. He is actively obstructing and overthrowing our government with his illegal acts.
That would take Republicans to step up. Republicans could have stopped all this before it started.
