Trump is now using his own military force in ICE to occupy, control and intimidate our cities. He has insisted on loyalty pledged to him in all his appointments. Possibly you are a lawyer and I certainly am not. I believe treasonous acts are treason and need to be proved in a court of law.
We are completely on the same page. Treason is a specific law enacted by Congress as with all federal crimes. It is not something that can be charged during peacetime. And anything he does with ICE (which I have called his personal SS) is covered under presidential immunity.
I agree we are on the same page. We don’t agree on the specifics. Unfortunately the result will be the same if he and his organization are not stopped. We will no longer be a Republic and will be under an authoritarian, possibly dictatorship regime.
