Killing foreign nationals, claiming their boat was carrying narcotics, without evidence, is a crime. And why did you let 17 relatives of the Sinaloa Cartel head “El Chapo Guzmán” into the United States? You are supposed to keep Cartel members out, JD, not let them in.
