Very common in the UK is "You alright?" pronounced "Yawlrite?" which has the same meaning. Short for "Are you alright?", meaning "Are you OK?" or "How are you doing?"
Not familiar with that, but "How are you keeping", yes. Means, "How are you?" or "How's it going?"
