1. You can't diagnose people with a psychiatric condition based on their posts. 2. With the exception of a very few conditions that create psychosis or mania, no mental health conditions remove agency or generate false beliefs.

So even if his case was precedent making (it isn't) then Mr Linehan would still be validly facing charges. Moral of the story, in any case, don't use a big platform to demand people be attacked.
A crown court jury verdict is not a county court judgement. It does not come with reasons so does not provide a precedent to follow. Also, I doubt Mr Linehan would be charged with the same offence as Mr Jones, he tweeted rather than made a speech. So he'll likely be hit with different charges.
Crown Courts do not set precedent, precedent setting would only take place in the Court of Appeal. So unless there's an Attorney General's reference made, that case will remain a footnote.
