I have seen stuff in social media feeds that made a big deal of how his hands look. There’s a cottage industry in Trump is going down soon or dying tropes that I usually ignore. I prefer not to have my hopes up, but will not be saddened if any of it happens. Seems like with Castro being wished dead.

It’s as if V-8, which I like, never existed in this drink space. Ketchup drink itself seems offputting. How much sugar is added to this concoction? The vinegar might be what differentiates ketchup from V-8. Yet people are drawn to pickle juice for some reason. I dunno. V-8 seems healthier.

Yet there might be a bit of fate or humility on Max’s part in that he realizes this year isn’t looking like a championship and the best he can hope for is a podium. A bit discouraging Hamilton is so far back. Racing Bulls are looking good on this grid which says much for Yuki’s troubles in 2nd car.
Go Leclerc then! Not wanting him to win (though if that happens fine), but merely to finish ahead of Verstappen. The further ahead of Max that Charles finishes, the happier I am, especially if it happens behind the McLaren cars, especially Lando! Hope Yuki does much better this race though.
JCVD was an extra in that one breakdance movie though which is cool. And he was most definitely not Seagal. He played a villain in one of the Expendables. There was the hunt the guy in the woods trope that Ice-T also did. The Most Dangerous Game. Always Sunny in Philadelphia did that too.
I have a very limited range on JCVD. Cyborg and Bloodsport were great. After that there was a bunch of explosions and spinning kicks that seemed to happen more than once or twice. His saving grace is that he isn’t Steven Seagal because that necessitates a whole thing. Still too soon!

It’s gotta be better than Monaco GP parade. I saw the first Chicago race a few years ago and liked it a lot as it was wet. The rest of NASCAR’s schedule with ovals are a snooze fest. I used to watch NASCAR with Intimidator (RIP) and Gordon starting out. Even then I preferred superbike races.
It’s more competitive now without Max running away with every race.

Most Marvels excepting Hulk movies, the first Avengers, and Black Panther. Iron Man singlehandedly soured me on the whole endeavor. In a nutshell…Iron Man. I want the song back. The Punisher series first season with Jon Bernthal was pretty good though. A good prequel to The Bear with Shameless.
I went in expecting to hatewatch Twisters. It wasn’t as horrible as I expected. It wasn’t wonderful either.
Weirdly it took me several tries to get past the first 30-45 minutes of Rogue One. Once I did it became one of my two favorite of the franchise alongside Attack of the Clones.
I liked the first, but the sequels put me off.

I recall when Montoya set Daytona on fire. Literally. I have grown to like George Russell more despite his tangling with my guy Checo. I would rather George stay with Mercedes and Max stay trapped in the Red Bull dumpster fire. They dropped Checo. Screw them.
I’m kinda ambivalent right now about the movie. It’s getting hype and hate. To me it is a distraction from an exciting season. I kinda don’t go to theaters for anything. I’m not ruling it out, but I will eventually catch it. Hopefully it helps cement F1 in the US.

I really liked that movie. I remember watching a race, maybe Austin, where they were playing it up as an eventuality. I did not know that history, so it was interesting even if a dramatization.
