I think it is safe to call out Trump but tread a bit more carefully among those who voted for him. At the same time I think he's over played his hand and he'll do a good job of convincing people to vote for change in 2026. Dems have been (sometimes BIGLY) overperforming in special elections.
He's also not on the ballot in 2026. As the GOP gerrymanders thinner spreads based on Trumps performance in 2024 and not the down ballot candidates who often went more strongly DEM, they may be setting up districts to flip blue if special elections are any indication.
