You might wonder why I am posting so much about the The Shield (2002). Well, it's because I just finished The Shield (2002) and I love The Shield (2002), even in 2025, when every character on The Shield (2002) would be canceled off of Al Gore's internet and directly into orbit.
While I know it's a good show, I didn't include the Sopranos because Tony Soprano and all the other gangsters make my teeth itch. Maybe there's another reason, but I hope that "I don't personally like the characters, even though the show is good" is enough for my tens of followers.
I understand that some of these shows are actually more popular than The Shield (at least within the core Bluesky demographic of 35-50yo male DS9 watchers), but it must be said.
