Yeah, so younger Black voters are very strongly for Zohran here, and he has a plurality, near-majority with all Black voters. So there's a massive gap by age, though yes, that's still less younger Black support than he has from the younger voters of other groups.

The data against this, though, would point to Zohran's commanding lead with younger Black voters. With the younger voters, he polled even with other groups of voters, if not slightly higher, from what I saw. It's older voters who are more conservative who he didn't win, conservative whites go to GOP

All our wonderful voting reforms, like permanent absentee voting, were passed in 2020! I have very little to complain about besides Amendment 1. This was after Northam's blackface was revealed, and he was in a great mood to pass good legislation with the brand new Dem legislative majority.

It's not so simple. Some very foolish Democrats supported Amendment 1 back in 2020, creating "independent" redistricting that was obviously going to be GOP-leaning. These elected officials knew better and supported it, and so it won. And the GOP got a gerrymander for their trouble.

I can hardly think of any others besides you, and this is coming from an undergrad history major with a sizable number of Classical history books I am familiar with or own. There's a lot of British authors on my shelves, though, now that I think about it.

I truly do think that every committed ideological centrist political and institution will reveal their inadequacies very publicly under the threat of fascism. The contradictions are too strong, the pro-Israeli Dems, the anti-gerrymandering folks, the transphobes, the pundits, all cooked. Onward!
